Private Party Transfers

Buyer and seller must both be California residents
Buyer and Seller must both be present at dealer location to initiate transfer.
Both Buyer and Seller must have a valid California CDL or ID.
Buyer must present have a current FSC or proof of exemption. Firearm Safety Certificate Tests can be taken here.
Honey Lase Firearms will hold the firearm for the ten days or until the background is approved.
Transfer fee's are $47.19 per firearm. $10.00 handling and $37.19 state fee.
